Personal project based on Villa Mostaccini, designed by architect Micol Maiga. He carried out a work of adaptation that knew how to respond to the needs of modern life and, at the same time, respect the tradition of the building itself and its decorative and structural aspects. Villa Mostaccini is undoubtedly one of the most important villas on the Riviera with an impressive, elevated and private position offering panoramic views of the city, France and the sea. Meticulously and intelligently designed to capture every aspect of its surroundings and renovated to the most exacting standards, it really is in a league of its own. While it has been meticulously and extensively renovated, special care has been taken to retain the original features and character of the Villa; superb ceiling heights, open fireplaces, ornate archways and terraces, and a large open plan living area.
